Unlike general relaxation massage, this approach works slowly and deeply into the muscles and connective tissue to address the root causes of pain, restriction and recurring tension.

This therapy is ideal for women experiencing ongoing muscular discomfort, reduced mobility, postural strain or movement limitations that haven't responded to regular massage.
